NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

There will be a Public Hearing on Code Home Rule Bill No. 3-2013, which is
AN ACT to amend Article VI, Section 4 (Special Provisions, Erosion and Sediment Control), Article XI, Section 2 (Definitions), and Article XI, Section 4 (Administration, Enforcement) of the Kent County Land Use Ordinance in order to update the Erosion and Sediment Control Provisions in accordance with the Code of Maryland Regulations (COMAR) 26.17.01, the 2011 Maryland Standards and Specifications and the Stormwater Management Act of 2007 and pursuant to Title 4, Environment Article, Subtitle 1, Annotated Code of Maryland.

This hearing will be held on May 14, 2013 at 6:15 p.m. in the Commissioners’ Hearing Room, R. Clayton Mitchell, Kent County Government Center, 400 High Street, Chestertown, Maryland.
