NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

There will be a Public Hearing on Code Home Rule Bill No. 6-2013, which is AN ACT to amend Chapter 152, Article VI, Tax Credits for Businesses That Create New Jobs, § 152-23(A) (2), Qualifications for Credit, of the Code of Public Local Laws of Kent County, Maryland.

This hearing will be held on December 3, 2013, at 6:00 p.m. in the Commissioners’ Hearing Room, R. Clayton Mitchell, Jr., Kent County Government Center, 400 High Street, Chestertown, Maryland.
