NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

The County Commissioners of Kent County, Maryland will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, May 10, 2016, at 6:00 p.m. in the County Commissioners’ Hearing Room, R. Clayton Mitchell Jr., County Government Center, 400 High Street, Chestertown, MD for the purpose of discussing the voluntary creation of Agricultural Land Preservation Districts for the following:

Casey C. and Megan B. Owings, River Road (Tax Map 30, Parcel 8), 121.12 acres

Judith Anne McBee, Handy Point Road (Tax Map 26, Parcel 96) 100.44 acres
