GALENA DOGWOOD FESTIVAL The annual Galena Dogwood Festival is set for Saturday, May 10, 2008. It will take place throughout Galena from 8:30 -5:00 pm. Join us as we celebrate "One Hundred and Fifty Years of Galena." Click here for more information.

	CHESTERTOWN TEA PARTY May 24-26, 2008. Come downtown to commemorate the local merchants' revolt against the British tea tax. A reenactment, parade, concessions, & craft highlight the day on Saturday. CHESTERTOWN CLASSIC LONG DISTANCE RUN Held the same day as the Tea Party.

MUSIC IN THE PARK Beginning May 31, 2008, on alternating Saturday evenings, June through August. Fountain Park,Chestertown.

	ROCK FISH TOURNAMENT June 13 - 15, 2008. Hook the Big One and win $10,000.

FOURTH OF JULY IN KENT COUNTY July 3rd 2008 - Rock Hall Fireworks at 9 pm. July 4th, 2008 - Rock Hall Parade starting at 10 am. Fireworks in Chestertown and Georgetown at 9 pm on the 4th

	KENT COUNTY 4-H FAIR July 17-19, 2008. 4-H Exhibits, live stock auction, music, great food and lots more. Kent AG Center, Tolchester.

ART IN THE PARK September 6, 2008. Original art and crafts for sale throughout Chestertown's Fountain Park. Activities for children, food, music.

	ROCK HALL'S FALL FEST September 27, 2008. A celebration of the "Pearl of the Chesapeake". Main Street, Rock Hall.

TEA TIME HOUSE TOUR October 4, 2008. Tour historic homes. Chestertown.410-778-3499

	CHESTERTOWN WILDLIFE EXHIBITION & SALE October 17 & 18, 2008. Over 60 carvers, artists and craftsmen are on display throughout the historic district.

SULTANA DOWNRIGGING October 31 - November 2, 2008.Traditional sailing vessels from around the Chesapeake will visit Chestertown to help the schooner Sultana celebrate the close of its season under sail.

	THE HOLIDAYS IN KENT COUNTY Join Kent County for Holiday Events.

	NEW YEAR'S EVE IN ROCK HALL Rock Hall Crawl Chasin’ th’ Blues To 2008. Countdown the New Year, with the famous “RockFish Drop" and fireworks, at midnight at Rock Hall Harbor Bulkhead.
