Parade of crazy hats, Contest is open to all – no registration
required – just show up with your crazy hat. Music throughout
the night at various venues. Then, countdown the New Year, with the
famous “Rockfish Drop” and fireworks at midnight at Rock
Hall Harbor Bulkhead.
