Interest Forms are now being accepted by the Kent County Commissioners' Office for citizens who wish to serve on a County Board and/or Committee listed below. Completed Interest Forms should be submitted with a resume listing education, affiliation, and positions held, relevant to the Board or Committee in which you are interested. Completed forms should be mailed to the Kent County Commissioners' Office, Kent County Government Center, 400 High Street, Chestertown, MD 21620 and/or faxed to (410)778-7482 and/or submitted electronically with the following form. If you have any questions, please call (410)778-4600.

You need only to submit one interest form for all the boards and committees you are interested in, rather than one form for each.
