Comprehensive Water and Sewerage Plan, 2009

In accordance with State Regulations, the County Commissioners have adopted an updated and revised "Kent County Comprehensive Water and Sewerage Plan." The Plan must be reviewed triennially and is prepared with the cooperation and support of the Department of Water and Wastewater Services, Department of Public Works, Department of Planning, Housing and Zoning, and Health Department.
