Public Notices - CHR 1-2012 Adminstrative Buffer

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

There will be a Public Hearing on Code Home Rule Bill No. 1-2012, which is AN ACT to amend Article IX, Section 2.1 (Administrative Variances) of the Kent County Land Use Ordinance by adding a provision which would enable the zoning administrator to process buffer variances for replacement septic systems on lots created prior to December 1, 1985 which is the date of the Kent County Critical Area Program adoption.

This hearing will be held on October 9, 2012 at 6:45 p.m. in the Commissioners’ Hearing Room, R. Clayton Mitchell, Kent County Government Center, 400 High Street, Chestertown, Maryland.
