INTRODUCED BY: Ronald H. Fithian, President of the Board of County Commissioners for Kent County, Maryland.

AN ACT to amend Article IX, Section 2.1 (Administrative Variances) of the Kent County Land Use Ordinance by adding a provision which would enable the zoning administrator to process buffer variances for replacement septic systems on lots created prior to December 1, 1985 which is the date of the Kent County Critical Area Program adoption.

This legislation was adopted on October 16, 2012 without amendments; and the provisions of the Act shall take effect on November 30, 2012.
