NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

There will be a Public Hearing on Code Home Rule Bill No. 1-2013, which is AN ACT to amend Article XI. DEFINITIONS, SECTION 2. DEFINITIONS, 189. Marina, of the Kent County Land Use Ordinance to clarify the definition of marina.

This hearing will be held on February 26, 2013 at 6:15 p.m. in the Commissioners’ Hearing Room, R. Clayton Mitchell, Kent County Government Center, 400 High Street, Chestertown, Maryland.
