NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

There will be a Public Hearing on Code Home Rule Bill No. 2-2013, which is AN ACT to add new Chapter 76. CABLE TELEVISION FRANCHISING to the Code of Public Local Laws of Kent County, Maryland in accordance with the Federal Telecommunications Act.

This hearing will be held on March 5, 2013 at 7:00 p.m. in the Commissioners’ Hearing Room, R. Clayton Mitchell, Kent County Government Center, 400 High Street, Chestertown, Maryland.
