NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

There will be a Public Hearing on Code Home Rule Bill No. 4-2013, which is
AN ACT to amend Article V, Section 11.2 and Article XI, Section 2 Definitions, of the Kent County Land Use Ordinance to add a permitted use and include the definition of Microbrewery.

This hearing will be held on August 27, 2013 at 6:00 p.m. in the Commissioners’ Hearing Room, R. Clayton Mitchell, Jr., Kent County Government Center, 400 High Street, Chestertown, Maryland.
