INTRODUCED BY: Ronald H. Fithian, President of the Board of County Commissioners for Kent County, Maryland.

AN ACT to amend Chapter 3 Administration of Government, of the Code of Public Local Laws of Kent County, Maryland. The purpose of the amendment to this chapter is to increase the compensation of the County Commissioners.

This legislation was adopted on June 17, 2014, without amendments; and the provisions of this Act shall take effect on August 1, 2014.

This bill in its entirety is on file at the Commissioners’ Office, 400 High Street, Chestertown, Maryland, Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and on the County's website at www.kentcounty.com .
