Public Notices - Public Hearing Amendment Comprehensive Water & Sew

Pursuant to the requirements of the Environment Article, Title 9, Subtitle 5, Section 9-503 of the Annotated Code of Maryland, the County Commissioners of Kent County, Maryland, will hold a public hearing on January 6, 2015, at 6:00 p.m., in the Commissioners’ Hearing Room, 400 High Street, Chestertown, MD 21620. The purpose of the hearing is to review and receive comments on the proposed amendment to the Comprehensive Water & Sewerage Plan to include the connection of the Delta Heights Condominium Project/Tolchester Village to the Fairlee water service district.

The proposed amendment to the Comprehensive Water & Sewerage Plan may be examined at the following locations: Department of Water and Wastewater, 709 Morgnec Road, Chestertown; County Commissioners’ Office, County Government Center, 400 High Street, Chestertown; and Kent County Public Library, 408 High Street, Chestertown.
