Public Notices - Solid Waste Management Plan

Pursuant to the requirements of the Environment Article, Title 9, Subtitle 5, § Section 9-503 of the Annotated Code of Maryland, the County Commissioners of Kent County, Maryland, will hold a public hearing on September 15, 2015, at 6:00 p.m., in the Commissioners’ Hearing Room, 400 High Street, Chestertown, MD 21620. The purpose of the hearing is to review and receive comments on the proposed amendment to the Kent County .

The proposed amendment to the Solid Waste Management Plan may be examined at the following locations:

Environmental Operations, 709 Morgnec Road, Chestertown
County Commissioners’ Office, 400 High Street, Chestertown
Kent County Public Library, 408 High Street, Chestertown
