NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING


There will be a Public Hearing on Code Home Rule Bill No. 1-2016 Sign Provisions which is AN ACT to amend Article VI, Special Provisions, Section 2.5 Permitted Signs, and Section 2.7 Criteria for Bonus Sign Area of the Kent County Land Use Ordinance in order to provide greater consistency with the Statements of Intent within the impacted Village Zoning Districts.

This hearing will be held on March 1, 2016, at 6:00 p.m. in the Commissioners’ Hearing Room, R. Clayton Mitchell, Kent County Government Center, 400 High Street, Chestertown, Maryland.
