NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

The County Commissioners of Kent County, Maryland will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, April 5, 2016, at 6:00 p.m. in the County Commissioners’ Hearing Room, R. Clayton Mitchell Jr., County Government Center, 400 High Street, Chestertown, MD for the purpose of discussing the voluntary creation of Agricultural Land Preservation Districts for the following:

Bruce E. McCoy and Sarah Westcott McCoy, Shallcross Road (Tax Map 14, Parcel 63), 49 acres
Casey C. Owings and Megan B. Owings, River Road (Tax Map 30, Parcels 45 and 7) 132.64 acres
