            Over the counter services/collections that our office offers includes:

• Animal Control payment for fines
• Community Service fees
• Deeds Stamped** – We do not stamp Deeds of Trusts. They must be sent to the Kent County Clerk’s Office. ** If the property is in an incorporated town it MUST be stamped by that town prior to us stamping the deed. All taxes must be paid prior to stamping.  Any property that has WWS they must include a check for the final amount due prior to stamping.
