CLASS “C” – PER DIEM LICENSES

A Class C per diem license is available for religious, fraternal, civic, veteran’s, or charitable organization, association, club or society, or hospital supporting organization. The Class C per diem license may be issued for a period not to exceed three days.

Applications must be submitted for approval no less than two weeks prior to the event. Each application is reviewed by the Board of License Commissioners. If approved, a per diem license is issued for the event.

The Class C per diem license should be displayed at the event where alcohol sales are taking place. Although applicants for a Class C per diem license are not required to be certified in an Alcohol Awareness Program, it is strongly recommended.
