KENT COUNTY, MARYLAND

The Honorable Board of License Commissioners met today with the following present: Larry B. Beck, W. Michael Newnam, and Ronald H. Fithian, presiding.

BAYDSIDE FOODS INC.

An application was received from Jeffrey L Carroll, President, Debra A. Carroll, Vice President, and William C. Cooper, Secretary -Treasurer, representing Bayside Foods, Inc., for transfer of a Beer and Wine Class A License. A public hearing has been scheduled for April 9 at 10:30 a.m.

SHORE STOP INC.

The Commissioners received correspondence from Mauritz Stetson, Alcoholic Beverage Inspector, confirming compliance with the suspension of liquor license as result of alcoholic beverage violations. He further reported that payment of fine had been received.

There being no further business to claim their attention, the Board adjourned to meet again on Tuesday, March 26, 2002.
