The State is not responsible for issuing winery licenses and regulating the activities of winery license holders. At Mr. Stetson's recommendation, the Commissioners approved to establish a policy whereby any licensee planning a wine tasting event is to provide this office with two weeks notice.

There being no further business to claim their attention, the Board adjourned to meet again on Tuesday, July 9, 2002.
