KENT COUNTY, MARYLAND

The Honorable Board of License Commissioners met today with the following present: Larry B. Beck, W. Michael Newnam, and Ronald H. Fithian, presiding.

SPECIAL LICENSE

The Commissioners approved the following one day only special Class C Beer Licenses:

Coleman Community Organization for community reunion to be held in Worton on August 31.

Triangle Club annual picnic to be held at Big Woods Park on August 1.

MASON'S RIBS AND CRABS

In follow-up from last week when the Commissioners concurred to downgrade Mason's Ribs and Crabs, liquor license from a Class B Beer, Wine and Liquor License to a Class D Tavern/Bar Beer, Wine and Liquor License, Mr. Stetson forwarded a copy of correspondence so advising the licensee. In Mr. Stetson's absence, the Executive Assistant noted that the licensee brought in the license to be downgraded on August 23.

J.T.'S ROCK HALL INN

Application for a Class B Beer, Wine and Liquor License ( Sunday Sale Privilege) was received from Thomas H. Willis, President, etal representing J.T.'s Rock Hall Inn, LLC. A public hearing has been scheduled for September 10 at 9:45 a.m.

There being no further business to claim their attention, the Board adjourned to meet again on Tuesday, September 3, 2002.
