KENT COUNTY, MARYLAND

The Honorable Board of License Commissioners met today with the following present: Larry B. Beck, W. Michael Newnam, and Ronald H. Fithian, presiding.

SPECIAL LICENSE

The Commissioners approved the following special Class C Beer and Wine Licenses:

Mainstay Inc. for music performance to be held at the Mainstay in Rock Hall on November 9 as well as for November 16 and November 17.

VIOLATION

The Alcoholic Beverage Inspector notified the Commissioners that in conjunction with security at Washington College, Narcotics Enforcement Team, a Washington College student was issued a citation by the Alcoholic Beverage Inspector for the use of a false identification. He is also being charged with other offenses.

There being no further business to claim their attention, the Board adjourned to meet again on Tuesday, November 12, 2002.
