June 3, 2003

The Honorable Board of License Commissioners met today with the following present: Roy W. Crow, Scott D. Livie, and William W. Pickrum, presiding.

Mauritz Stetson, Alcoholic Beverage Inspector, appeared to discuss the following issues:

SPECIAL LICENSE

The Commissioners approved the following special Class C Licenses:

A one day special Beer and Wine License for the Mainstay, Inc. for a music show to be held at the Mainstay Building, Rock Hall on June 21 and July 6, as well as a two day special Class C Beer and Wine License for the Mainstay, Inc. on June 7 and June 8.

VIOLATION
TAILGATE MARKET

The Alcoholic Beverage Inspector notified the Commissioners that a violation of the alcoholic beverage laws Article 2B Section 13-101(2)(i), failure to have an individual certified in Alcohol Awareness Training present during the hours in which alcoholic beverages are served or consumed. After discussion, the Commissioners concurred to schedule an administrative hearing.

GREAT OAK LANDING RESTAURANT

To be in compliance with alcoholic beverage regulations, the Alcoholic Beverage Inspector forwarded a new sketch of the licensed premise in which alcoholic beverages will be sold/served which were approved by the Commissioners.

There being no further business to claim their attention, the Board adjourned to meet again on Tuesday 10, 2003.
