The Honorable Board of License Commissioners
met this evening at 6:00 p.m. at the Betterton Fire Hall with the following
present: Roy W. Crow, Scott D. Livie, and William W. Pickrum, presiding.
SPECIAL LICENSE
The Commissioners approved a one-day only, Class C, Beer and Wine License
for Mainstay, Inc., for the music performances to take place at the Mainstay
building located at 5753 Main Street, Rock Hall, on the following dates:
October 24, 27, 30, 2004.
KENNEDYVILLE INN
A transfer application was received from Jason T. Hopewood, et.al. representing
Poor Chefs, LLC for a Class Beer, Wine and Liquor (Special Sunday Privilege)
License. A public hearing has been scheduled for November 9 at 6:30 p.m.
There being no further business to claim their attention, the Board adjourned
to meet again on Tuesday, October 26, 2004, at 8:30 a.m. in the Commissioners
Hearing Room, Chestertown..
