NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

There will be a Public Hearing on Code Home Rule Bill No. 5-2012, which is AN ACT to repeal Chapter 36 (Human Relations Commission) of the Code of Public Local Laws of Kent County, Maryland, to dissolve the Human Relations Commission and provisions governing its operation.

This hearing will be held on January 8, 2013 at 6:45 p.m. in the Commissioners’ Hearing Room, R. Clayton Mitchell, Kent County Government Center, 400 High Street, Chestertown, Maryland.
