Exciting News: A New and Improved Notification Experience for Your Residents!

Starting Monday, June 16th, we're rolling out an exciting new feature that will make signing up for community notifications even easier for your residents. We're introducing the Everbridge Community Profile page, a centralized hub where your residents can manage all their community notification subscriptions.

What's Changing?

Currently, residents may need separate accounts or logins for each public organization's Member Portal to receive notifications. With this update, that's all changing! Your residents will soon be able to:

  • Manage all their community notifications from one place. No more juggling multiple logins or remembering which portal belongs to which organization.
  • Create a single, centralized profile. This profile will allow them to subscribe to, or unsubscribe from, all the community notifications they care about.
When Can Your Residents Start Using It?

The new Community Profile page will go live on Monday, June 16th. Initially, residents will learn about this new feature when you share the link with them.

When you're ready to introduce this enhanced experience to your community, simply direct them to:

https://public.everbridge.net

Here, they can create their new Community Profile and begin enjoying the convenience of managing all their Everbridge Member Portal subscriptions in one easy-to-access location.

We're confident this update will significantly improve your residents' experience and make staying connected with your community even more seamless.

You may still sign up for Emergency Notifications by calling  410-778-3287 to sign up for Emergency Notifications to be sent alerts via phone, text, email, and social media in various situations regarding the safety of our residents and community, including water and sewer emergency repairs in your area.
