The mission of Wraparoun Maryland is to provide care coordination services utilizing wraparound principles and philosophies to guide a process where all families and youth feel supported, encouraged and hopeful that their goals will be realized.

They work with the youth and family to identify a team to work with them in their community. The team works to develop a Plan of Care (POC) and hold regular team meetings with all supports.

The team works to identifiy additional resources and supports in the community.
