The treatment team provides client-specific and appropriate psychiatric, vocational, rehabilitation, health and wellness, peer support and substance abuse services at the client's home, work, or any other appropriate location chosen by the client.  Treatment jplans are developed based on the admission screening and are reviewed at least every three months.
