The Honorable Board of License Commissioners met today with the following present: Roy W. Crow, Scott D. Livie, and William W. Pickrum, presiding.

Mauritz Stetson, Alcoholic Beverage Inspector, was also in attendance.

VIOLATION
LEWES DAIRY MARKET

In follow-up from last week, a copy of correspondence was received from Mr. Stetson directed to Lewes Dairy Market licensee advising an administrative hearing has been scheduled for February 18 a t 10:00 a.m. in the Commissioners' Hearing Room , Kent County Government Center.

WORTON CREEK MARINA
HARBOUR HOUSE RESTAURANT

Correspondence was received from John Patnovic, representing Worton Creek marina, LLC, requesting Robert L. Jester be removed from their Class B Beer, Wine and Liquor License effective immediately.

There being no further business to claim their attention, the Board adjourned to meet again on Tuesday, February 11, 2003.
