SPECIAL LICENSE

The Commissioners approved a one day special Class C Beer, Wine and Liquor License for the Radcliffe Creek School for a fund raising event to be held at the school in Chestertown on May 10 and a

one day special Class C Beer and Wine Licenses for Kent School for a fund raising event to be held at the school in Chestertown on April 12.

LUISA'S CAFÉ, INC.

The Commissioners received correspondence from Curtis Coon, Curtis Coon, LLC, representing Salvatore Scotto D'Antunono, President of Luisa's Café Inc., addressing concerns that the change of officers on the alcoholic beverage license was not done in accordance with the Articles of Incorporation.

There being no further business to claim their attention, the Board adjourned to meet again on Tuesday, April 15, 2003.
