KENT COUNTY, MARYLAND

The Honorable Board of License Commissioners met today with the following present: Roy W. Crow and Scott Livie, presiding. Commissioner Pickrum was not in attendance due to personal business.

SPECIAL LICENSE

The Commissioners approved the following one day only special Licenses:

A Class C Beer license for Kent and Queen Anne's Hospital for the annual golf tournament to be held on the non-licensed premise of the Chester River Yacht and Country Club, Chestertown, on May 30, 2003.

A Class C Beer, Wine and Liquor license for Chestertown Tea Party Committee for a fund raiser at Wilmer Park on May 23 and a Class C Beer license for the Chestertown Tea Party Committee annual Tea Party Festival to be held at the Town Park on May 24, 2003.

LEGISLATION

Correspondence was received from Carole Shelton, Director, Department of Public Safety and Corrections, advising that an acknowledgment that information relating to criminal history record checks on alcohol beverage licensees must be signed to ensure the private information is handled in confidence. The Commissioners approved and executed the agreement/acknowledgment.

There being no further business to claim their attention, the Board adjourned to meet again on Tuesday, May 20, 2003.
