KENT COUNTY, MARYLAND

The Honorable Board of License Commissioners met today with the following present:Roy W. Crow, Scott D. Livie, and William W. Pickrum, presiding.

VIOLATION
ANDY'S

The Alcoholic Beverage Inspector notified the Commissioners that a violation of the alcoholic beverage laws Article 2B Section 12-108, of the Annotated Code of Maryland, service to a person under the age of twenty-one and Article 2B Section 6-401, of the Annotated Code of Maryland, a person under the age of twenty-one in a Kent County Class "D" establishment took place on June 28 at Andy's. An administrative hearing has been scheduled for July 29 at 9:45 a.m.

There being no further business to claim their attention, the Board adjourned to meet again on Tuesday July 15, 2003.
