KENT COUNTY, MARYLAND

The Honorable Board of License Commissioners met today with the following present: Roy W. Crow, Scott D. Livie, and William W. Pickrum, presiding.

SPECIAL LICENSE

The Commissioners approved the following one day special Class C licenses:

A Beer, Wine and Liquor License for St. Dennis Church Annual Bull Roast to hold a fund raising event on July 26 at the St. Dennis Church Hall, Galena.

A Beer and Wine License for Mainstay Inc., for a music event to be held at the Mainstay building, Rock Hall, on August 2.

SUPER SODA CENTER

Correspondence was received from Steve Neukam. President, Flood Tide Corporation, advising of corporate meeting held on June 1 and that there will be a change in officers as follows: Jonathan D. Neukam will replace Mary Reeves as Treasurer and T Frank Pinder will replace Denise L. Bozarth as Secretary.

VIOLATION

The administrative hearing for alleged violation occurring at Andy's on June 28 has been rescheduled from July 29 to August 5.

There being no further business to claim their attention, the Board adjourned to meet again on Tuesday July 29, 2003.
