KENT COUNTY, MARYLAND

The Honorable Board of License Commissioners met today with the following present:Roy W. Crow, Scott D. Livie, and William W. Pickrum, presiding.

SPECIAL LICENSE

The Commissioners approved a one day special Class C Beer License for the Kent Hospice Foundation to hold a golf tournament and reception on September 19 at the Chester River Yacht and Country Club, Chestertown.

VIOLATION

In follow-up to last week, the administrative hearing for an alleged violation of the alcoholic beverage laws Article 2B Section 12-108, of the Annotated Code of Maryland, service to a person under the age of twenty-one and Article 2B Section 6-401, of the Annotated Code of Maryland, a person under the age of twenty-one in a Kent County Class "D" establishment, has been rescheduled to August 26 at 9:45 a.m. in the Commissioners Hearing Room.

THE WATER HOLE

The Commissioners approved the change of officers as requested by Mary Downey, President/Secretary . The change of officers is as follows: Mary Downey - President/Secretary Glenda Conrad - Vice President/Treasurer. Jesse Frost was removed from the corporation.

There being no further business to claim their attention, the Board adjourned to meet again on Tuesday, August 19, 2003.
