The Honorable Board of License Commissioners met today with
the following present: Scott D. Livie and William W. Pickrum, presiding.
Commissioner Roy Crow was not present due to personal reasons.
Mauritz Stetson, Alcoholic Beverage Inspector, was also in attendance.
RENEWAL APPLICATIONS
A motion was made by Commissioner Livie, seconded by Commissioner Pickrum,
and passed by the majority of the Board to accept the remaining fifteen
(15) renewal applications as submitted.
CLARK'S STORE
An application was received from Betty A. Goldbach, of Worton, for a Beer
License, Class A (off sale) for the premises known Clark's Store at 11150
Old Worton Road, Worton. A public hearing has been scheduled for May 18th.
SPECIAL LICENSE
The Commissioners approved a one-day only, Class C, Beer and Wine License
for Mainstay, Inc., for musical performances to take place at the Mainstay
Building at 5753 Main Street, Rock Hall, on the following dates: May 13,
16, 22, 28, and 30, 2004.
The Commissioners approved a one-day only, Class C, Beer License for the
Rock Hall Fire Company for their fund-raising event at Polar's Marina
on Bayside Avenue, Rock Hall.
There being no further business to claim their attention, the Board adjourned
to meet again on Tuesday, May 4, 2004.
