December 14, 2004

The Honorable Board of License Commissioners met today with the following present: Roy W. Crow, Scott D. Livie, and William W. Pickrum, presiding.

Mauritz Stetson, Alcohol Beverage Inspector, was in attendance.


VIOLATION THE TAILGATE MARKET

Mr. Stetson reviewed his correspondence directed to the Board relating to an alleged violation of Article 2B, 13-101, (c)(2)(I) of the Alcoholic Beverage Laws (i.e. the failure to have an individual certified in Alcoholic Awareness Training on the premises during the hours in which alcoholic beverages may be served or consumed) at The Tailgate Market, 198 Sassafras Street, Millington. The Commissioners agreed to schedule an administrative hearing concerning this alleged violation. The hearing was scheduled to take place on January 4, 2005.


SPECIAL LICENSE

The Commissioners approved four, one-day only, Class C, Beer and Wine Licenses for The Mainstay, Inc. of Rock Hall, for musical performances that will take place at The Mainstay building located at 5753 Main Street, Rock Hall on the following dates: January 9, 15, 22, 30, 2005.

There being no further business to claim their attention, the Board adjourned to meet again on Tuesday, December 21, 2004, at 8:30 a.m. in the Commissioners' Hearing Room, 400 High Street, Chestertown..
