NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

There will be a Public Hearing on Code Home Rule Bill No. 2-2012, which is AN ACT to amend Article V, Sections 11.2 (Commercial – Permitted Uses) and 12.2 (Commercial Critical Area – Permitted Uses) of the Kent County Land Use Ordinance by expanding the permitted uses in each district located within the Route 301 Corridor to include manufacture, processing, fabrication, and assembly of products and distribution centers and warehousing.

This hearing will be held on October 9, 2012 at 7:00 p.m. in the Commissioners’ Hearing Room, R. Clayton Mitchell, Kent County Government Center, 400 High Street, Chestertown, Maryland.
