Objectives:
- Connecting students with the community.
- An opportunity to develop the future workforce.
- Fresh ideas to improve a specific process or aspect of the business.
- Better understanding of the millennial generation and beyond.
The expectations would be set through the career center and faculty at Washington College. Each participating business will designate a site supervisor who will provide feedback to a college faculty member about the intern’s accomplishments.
